A few of his most noted work with the company includes the marketing campaign for Kanye West’s “Graduation” and “Late Registration”. He also helped produce the self-titled debut album of Cas Haley from “America’s Got Talent” season two, and worked with producing the Really Doe album entitled “First Impressions”. He was responsible for signing hip hop artist Josh Baze too, and working on his debut album entitled “High-heels & Low-Lifes” released in 2012. Two years later, Baze would release another album entitled “Colour Blind”.
Cartel has also managed advertising campaigns for numerous companies, such as Cadillac, Harley Davidson Motor Company, NFL, and Victoria’s Secret. They also produce print material and Griffin is the creative director of the companies’ campaigns. In 2014, he acquired the surfing spot Mavericks and would create the global event Titans of Mavericks.
For his personal life, it is known that Griffin has been married to the all-American supermodel Marisa Miller since 2006. She’s been well known for appearing in “Sports Illustrated” magazine, and as a Victoria’s Secret Angel from 2000 to 2012. She collaborates with Guess on several projects, including being a spokesperson for the NFL and Harley Davidson. She’s also starred in the film “R.I.P.D” alongside Jeff Bridges.
