“Macho’s” parents separated when he was three, and he moved to New York with his mother.  A troublesome child since his earliest days, Macho Camacho would constantly get into fights, cause trouble, and as a result he was eventually sent to jail when he was only fifteen years old. Fortunately one of his teacher’s tutored him to read and write, and introduced him to boxing and karate. Later that same year, Macho Camacho was charged with child abuse for attacking his teenage son. He was released from jail on a $5,000 bail and was awaiting trial at the time of his death.

In 2012 Camacho was yet again involved in a shooting accident, and the morning after the incident Camacho’s brain stem was pronounced dead.
