Izabel was born into a family of seven children, and is of Italian and Portuguese descent. During her schooling, she was bullied and often made fun of due to her skinny build, however, when she was fourteen years old she moved to Sao Paulo to pursue a modeling career, and soon moved to France, nit it wasn’t until she was 17 that she returned to Brazil where her fashion career was launched by the director of Major Models Brazil.
