He was the previous director of Brinker International, Inc, and was a director of Jo-Ann Stores and later the Senior Vice-President of Thornton Oil Corp, and also served as the Chief Operation Officer of Thornton. Afterwards, he would join GameStop Corp as the President, before moving to an executive role at PepsiCo, Inc. In 2005, he joined 7-Eleven, Inc. and has been with them since then.
