Joshua attended Sapulpa High School, and after matriculating went to Moorpark College where he studied communications and theatre. He was considering a career in sports before a talent scout noticed him and offered him modelling work for brands such as Nike. Eventually, he helped form the music group 3Deep along with Eddie Cibrian and CJ Huyer – they released their first album in 1999 entitled “Yes Yes Yes… No No No” which featured their hit single “Into You”. They then released the album “Can’t Get Over You” in 2001, including collaborations with Michie Mee and Howie Dorough. The group would gain success in Canada, Europe, and Asia but were relatively unknown in the US. They became a very successful boy band in Canada before eventually ending their run in late 2001.

Morrow has also appeared in the television film “My Stepson, My Lover”.
For his personal life, Joshua is married to Tobe Keeney- together since high school – and they have four children. He enjoys sports and often plays softball and basketball.
