Although born in Philadelphia, Law grew up in Deptford Township, New Jersey,of mixed descent as her mother is Taiwanese and her father has German and Italian ancestry; the two met during the Vietnam War. As a child she enrolled in a variety of activities such as dance, gym and karate classes, soccer, and voice coaching, which led to her being on the varsity track, cheerleading and soccer teams in her high school. During her teenage years, Katrina won the title of Miss New Jersey Teen USA and was a member of the National Honors Society.
She eventually graduated from The Richard Stockton College with a Theater degree, and decided to pursue a professional acting career. She continued to perfect acting in Philadelphia and New York, where she worked in theaters for several years. For her work as Olivia in “Twelfth Night” and the Bride in “Blood Wedding”, she received Irene Ryan A.C.T.F nominations. After some time, Katrina started appearing in television productions such as “CSI: Miami” (2002), “Chuck”(2009) and “Legend of the Seeker”(2010).
