Under her stage name, Kyla Pratt is an actress who is best known for her role of Maya Dolittle in the “Dr. Dolittle“, movie franchise, and also for lending her voice to a character in the Disney’s channel animated series “The Proud Family” (2001-2005), but perhaps best known for the lead role in the series titled “One On one” (2001). Kyla has been an active member of entertainment industry since 1993.

Kyla won the role of Maya Dolittle in “Dr Dolittle” (1998) and “Dr, Dolittle 2” in which she appeared alongside Eddie Murphy, playing his daughter. Kyla returned as Maya Dolittle, but as a lead actress, in “Dr. Dolittle 3” (2006), “Dr. Dolittle: Tail to the Chief” (2008) and “Dr. Dolittle: Million Dollar Mutts” (2009).
